The Team

Natalia Pawlowski is an Associate Lawyer at Collett Read. Growing up in Mississauga as the only child of two immigrant parents from Poland, Natalia has been exposed to hard work throughout her whole life, and does not shy away from a challenge. Natalia is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and is empaneled with Legal Aid Ontario. She is also a member of the Criminal Lawyers Organization, the Hamilton Criminal Lawyers Organization, and fluently provides her services in English and Polish.

Natalia has successfully represented individuals at the Ontario Court and Superior Court of Justice, including obtaining successful results in bail, trials, and preliminary hearings for a wide range of charges including domestic assault, sexual assault, firearms, and drug charges. Natalia is passionate about Charter compliance, and has successfully represented clients in obtaining favorable results in Criminal matters where their rights have been breached by the system. Natalia is particularly well versed in the practice of sexual assault law. 

Natalia graduated from McMaster University in 2019, and from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2022. Natalia joined Collett Read in 2021 and is a permanent fixture on the team as an associate lawyer. She was called to the bar in June 2023.

In her free time, Natalia enjoys cooking, home decor, and exploring her new city, having newly moved to Hamilton.
