The Team

Mustafa graduated from Brock University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance), with First-Class Standing. He earned placement on the Dean’s Honours List, and received a departmental award for achieving the top grade in his Business Ethics course (99%).

Following his undergraduate studies, Mustafa earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Law School, graduating in 2025. In his second summer of law school, Mustafa served as a summer law student with the Crown Attorney’s Office in the Tri-Counties (Brantford, Cayuga, Simcoe), where he gained valuable and substantive experience in the prosecutorial side of criminal law.

After gaining experience with the Crown’s Office, Mustafa devoted himself to criminal defense, where his true passion lies. Mustafa is committed to protecting the rights and liberties of individuals navigating the justice system, and understands how daunting and unfamiliar the criminal process can be, especially for those encountering it for the first time. Mustafa is a proud member of the Pakistani Canadian community, and is fluent in Urdu and Hindi. In his free time, he enjoys boxing and playing chess.
