The Team

Joshua is a 1L summer student at Queen’s University Faculty of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science from McMaster University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a specialization in Communications.

 

Following his graduation, he worked as a Research Assistant at the Sherman Centre for Digital Scholarship. This role culminated in a paper investigating how corporations and news media strategically frame data breaches to normalize data surveillance measures.

 

Alongside his academic pursuits, Joshua spent several years working as a Wildlife Educator delivering interactive reptile presentations at schools, festivals, and birthday parties.

 

Currently, Joshua serves as Volunteer Editor with the Queen’s Law Journal and 1L Executive Member of the Queen’s Securities Law Club. In his 2L year, he will be working with Queen’s Legal Aid, assisting low-income residents in the Kingston area.
